Three frameworks. Three levels. One coherent approach

SPEAKING TOPICS

Practical frameworks that help individuals, leaders, and teams build healthier, higher-performing workplaces.

01

MENTAL WELLBEING

RISE: Leading for Mental Wellbeing Before the Crisis Point

FORMAT

Keynote (45-60 min)

Workshop (half-day)

How to support your people before a crisis becomes visible; without a clinical qualification.

By the time a team member is visibly struggling, the opportunity for early intervention has usually passed. Leaders are left managing consequences rather than preventing them — not because they don't care, but because no one has given them a practical framework for acting earlier.

RISE is that framework. A four-component model that puts upstream mental health conversations into daily leadership practice: Recognise a shift in behaviour before it becomes a crisis. Invite an honest conversation in a low-pressure environment. Separate identity from challenge, and support from therapy — you don't need clinical training to help. Engage consistently, so one conversation becomes a culture, not a gesture.

IDEAL FOR

Team leaders · HR and People & Culture professionals · Leadership conferences · Senior leaders · Organisations that have experienced a mental health incident · Healthcare, education, and frontline service teams

02

RESILIENCE & WELLBEING

Built From Within

FORMAT

Keynote (45-60 min)

What actually separates the people who show up consistently from those who can't.

Most resilience programs teach people how to cope. This one teaches people how to build.

The Built From Within framework is a nine-principle model, built across three layers of self-love, practical action, and self-discipline, that gives individuals and teams the internal foundations to sustain performance, navigate difficulty, and show up fully even when it's hard.

This isn't a talk about positive thinking. It's a talk about alignment. Between who you are, what you do, and how you show up every day. And it's built on the honest recognition that no one can do that work for you.

IDEAL FOR

Corporate teams · Leadership development programs · Wellbeing conferences · Education sectors · Young professionals events

03

COMMUNICATION

PART: A Framework for Intentional Workplace Communication

FORMAT

Keynote (45-60 min)

Workshop (half-day)

Good communication isn't a personality trait. It's a practice. And it starts with a decision to be intentional.

Most workplace communication failures aren't caused by bad intentions. They're caused by unconsidered ones — the colleague who goes quiet rather than admitting they don't have an answer, the meeting that spirals because no one named the actual point, the silence that gets read as something it wasn't.

PART gives teams a shared model for communicating with intention: Precise — stay on the topic that matters. Articulate — use language that fits the person and the setting. Respect — treat the people you communicate with as human beings, not conduits for information. Timely — any response is better than silence.

The T is where most teams have the most to gain. Prompt acknowledgement costs almost nothing. Unnecessary silence almost always costs more than it looks.

IDEAL FOR

Teams with recurring communication friction · Managers and team leaders · HR professionals · Organisations rebuilding culture after disruption
